As someone who has worked in multiple businesses, I found a passion in helping founders navigate through these tough points.
My diverse experience across: political campaigns, recognition of prior learning programs, boards, top tier training on people, culture, strategy, and org design for the last 10 years at Ernst & Young & Boston Consulting Group and go to market for tech recruitment firm, and recent culture engagement in the Middle East which has set me up to practically support business leaders on their journey.
As a strong advocate for critical thinking, and designing systems based on merit and capabilities, I am often called upon by the community to share my thought leadership in authenticity, diversity, glass ceilings and domestic violence.
